My friend Mike brought me here just show me around the bank. I've never seen Bank employees so rude. Plus the offices were messy, papers lying around everywhere in the open. I just wouldn't trust them with my money.
Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk and unprofessional in coming out demanding answers to why and one of which aggressively approached then started name calling the law abiding citizen standing on the public sidewalk. Do not use this bank or any of its branches. They’re slowly taking away services and increasing things like overdraft fees and low fund fees. Can’t even use their ATMs on the weekend. No change machines.
This Bank Newport branch at Dorrance St. has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was referred here by my existing bank because they don't do heloc loans and the gentleman at my bank referred me to someone he knew here. It's been a disaster from the beginning. When we went down to the branch to sign our paperwork we also were set up with a checking account for the loan. I opened an account with my first check that was drawn on Bank of America. I asked should I cash it at that bank and open it with cash so I have money and she said “You will be able to use it in the morning “ well big shocker it wasn’t cleared so I called her personal line and she aid “I never said that”. So now I have to wait 5 days with no money!! Don’t bank with Hans Dolin she is a liar. When it clears I’m taking every penny and just using CashApp instead of these liars.
