I left a ugly review on this place when i first rented from them. And i need to retract anything i said negative about this place. They have went far beyond to make me happy and to keep my property safe I rented for from them for close to a year and would definitely rent from them again the only reason I did move out was the storage building was no longer needed, but I will definitely hear from them again in the future they are family owned and truly try to make their customers happy and take care of themThe properties alway... read more
I use Bankhead storage For these last two years and I have been very happy how I was treated. Lonnie is absolutely amazing and very caring young lady. I highly recommend this place!!! They take excellent care of there property!!
Lonnie was amazing and wonderful and went above and beyond helping me with my storage unit. Willing to try and make any request work I felt taken care of and I wish I still lived in Texas I would be using Bankhead self storage. Thank you!!
Clean, competent and friendly with very reasonable prices.
I've rented just over a year and it was a great experience. Coded gate access and staff available during the week day hours. Leave a message and they call back. Property is kept clean and staff was friendly every time I spoke with them. No 50 page corporate contract,,, family run business- support them!!!!
