I've had great experience with this repair shop. They've always been fast, affordable and honest with me. I had 3 different cars serviced there over the past two weeks.
Service is always wonderful! I appreciate the "no appointment " option! I have NEVER felt like my invoice was inflated or unfair. All interactions have been professional and timely! I love love love the text estimate! We have had 5 cars serviced for a wide range of problems from brakes to radiator to oil... ALL serviced in EXCELLENCE! This business represents black EXCELLENCE...
They dont care about your vechicle, only money. They over price u first off, then you still have problems after you leave. I understand cars are old, but 3,000 dollars, my car should be running. I need advice of what to do next, not maybe this would work. Only go for oil changes n tires here because anything else, you are making a huge risk.
Very honest and caring staff. They inspected and diagnosed the issue thoroughly with strong technical knowledge and skill. Based on today’s visit, this is my current rating. I still need to have the transmission checked on Monday, after which I’ll leave a final review. From today’s experience, this is a very good place to take your car.
Tried to over charge me 1200+ to fix a ball joint that fell out on my car. Also tried to charge me 65 for a diagnostic fee when there was no diagnosis! The prices are insane. Customer service is as well. Not affordable whatsoever.
