ESB is extremely unhelpful to military members or anyone that leaves the state. Aside from small card purchases, you're basically blocked from accessing your money because you can't do anything without visiting in person.

The teller drive up women is very rude and I’ve never been to a bank where someone continues to interrogate you for depositing a check written out to your name specifically from another business. And when you tell her the name of the company she then ask what kind of company is it and where is it located with every answer we give we get another question.
