ESB is extremely unhelpful to military members or anyone that leaves the state. Aside from small card purchases, you're basically blocked from accessing your money because you can't do anything without visiting in person.

The teller drive up women is very rude and I’ve never been to a bank where someone continues to interrogate you for depositing a check written out to your name specifically from another business. And when you tell her the name of the company she then ask what kind of company is it and where is it located with every answer we give we get another question. amazing customer service 100% best bank in western mass
Their mobile app is the worst. If you make one mistake with the password and I mean ONE and with only ONE number it will lock you out. Your phone will never EVER log you in again, even my wife's phone would not work. We are seriously thinking about changing banks. Very bad experience and that is the second time that had happened. would definitely put my money else where where you have easy access to it.
