If you’re looking for an honest and straightforward broker, I’d recommend shopping around before settling here. My experience with Arash raised a lot of red flags — things just didn’t feel transparent or above board. There were too many unanswered questions and too much runaround. Overall, it came off as shady, and I wouldn’t consider this the best choice if you value integrity in your business dealings. Do your homework and explore other options.

had the worst experience working with Arash as a mortgage broker. He was unprofessional, unresponsive, and misleading throughout the entire process. Promises were made that were never kept, and I constantly had to chase him for updates and information. It felt like he was more interested in his commission than actually helping me as a client.
