I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible appraisal, not familiar with my area, appraisal came almost 20K lower than an appraisal I have done last year. Would not consider dispute. Refinancing fell because of this appraisal.

If this company is coming out to appraise your home DO NOT let them walk through the door. They were responsible for sabotaging a refinance. The appraiser knew nothing of the area nor the importance of the school district. He should have stayed in Norton
