First thing first. If you call the office. They do not answer, even during business hours. If you leave a message, they do not call back. I’ve been trying to get my money back from them since August. It’s now the middle of November. On top of that, they hire people and do not pay any hourly wage, but expect people to spend hours in their office cold calling people. I love what Bankers Life makes available for me as an agent to offer to my clients...Great solutions for ALL, but the company caters to retirees. I have been with this company for 6 years, I came because Bankers chose me, I stayed because, despite many recruiters from other companies, I chose Bankers. The training is ongoing! The opportunities to bridge the gaps of all aspects of financial planning intrigues me. A company approaching its 140th year in business. That alone speaks volumes. Brenda J.
