I’ve been to this place twice, staff is full of white people (which I don’t judge) but the people are racist and would make remarks saying “is she black” as I walk down the hall or saying “I don’t think we need another black one anyway” wouldn’t recommend going to this place. Highly disappointed. And don’t delete my review because I’ll keep coming back.
I signed up for 1 life policy and they signed me up for 2 and took 2 payments out of my account in March. I canceled both the policy's the day after both payments came out 2 days later and it is now April and haven't received the refund and keep getting the runaround about it. I guess that's their policy is to take advantage of the elderly. Cause they keep saying " in the mail". Doesn't take a month to receive it from Chicago.
