I hate the fact that they pushy when it comes to this insurance And I called to cancel the policy the next day and you guys just push through with it and now having me call everybody that was not part of the transaction and not returning my calls if I could give you negative 0 I would
If I could give a zero I would. This company came through my gated guarded community with the smoothest talking agent and the most personal information about everyone in the house. He got through my front gate to the community by saying he had an appointment and never even talked to us. We normally have to have people on our gate list for them to be able to get in so yes, I get it. My gate people are at fault as well. Akai was amazing and was never pushy which I loved. She was amazing and I am sold!
Akai was absolutely phenomenal to work with….. I’d definitely recommend her….the interaction was organic and it didn’t feel robotic!
