I went to Bankers Life yesterday for a business meeting to check it out with an open mind. In the end, I decided to not move forward because I picked up on some lowkey racism from the person hosting the meeting. I'm not one of those black women who frequently pull the race card, but I can sense racism from a distance. It was ok
I was in Vegas to manage my Uncles passing. I found 2 policies in his paperwork and called "Andy" at Bankers. Although hard to catch in person, whenever I called, he answered by end of day. Andy was invaluable in getting this done. I received payout checks for the policies in less than a month Great service.
Bankers Life is more than a life insurance company their agents are so helpful and knowledgeable of so many aspects in the retirement and insurance field. The branch sales manager Chad is just a joy made me and my family feel so at ease while discussing important topics. Thank you Bankers!!!
