My wife and I heard loud banging on our door awakening us from sleep (We have a functional door bell). We went to the door thinking it was the police. Instead, Russell Couchman appeared with my personal information in hand trying to sell me insurance. Needless to say we didn’t speak with him and we are angry. He should have contacted us before arriving unannounced at my door scaring me, my wife, and my dogs.
Unsolicited approach by a salesman today with my husband’s personal information by banging on our front door waking me up. Our subdivision says no-soliciting. Scary approach. Not polite. Not apologetic. Frankly shocking. Do not do business with this company
It's pretty rude for an agent from this company to just show up at your door unannounced. I have never reached out to this company. Don't send your agents where they weren't invited. If people want your business they will find you. Complete turn off for me!!! I guess Bankers Life won't see any business from me!!!!
