What kind of legitimate business would cold call someone an obscene amount of times. Then have the nerve to show up at their door! Absolutely 100% unprofessional and in no way a legitimate company would operate. Borderline police involvement behavior, in fact if they do this again we will file a restraining order against them.

I feel like I have wasted so much of my time and energy into creating accounts with this company. I was told one thing when I opened the accounts 4 years ago, then when I tried to access them the way I was told that I could, I was given the run around, multiple times. I still have not heard back from my agent from my requests that were made in August. Now, if I want to close my accounts, I have to take a significant loss of my money to do so.
