Do not do business with the Salem office. They will not answer nor return phone call and make false claims. They will not forward your paperwork on to the proper people so your annuity check can be given. I had to call corporate just to get my check issued . Once I was finally contacted by a representative at the Salem office to receive my check I was met with extreme unprofessionalism.
