My brother and I have been trying to change the beneficiary on a policy my mother owned, for the past six months, with no success. I call and leave messages with no return calls. I spoke with Jacqueline Cervantes on October 25, in her office, and stated we wanted to cash in the policy because we were not getting any cooperation.
