Highly disappointed! Information not kept confidential. Had to call multiple times to file a claim because information was never updated when called. The biggest issue is the confidentiality piece. Went to the wrong address although I provided my address as the beneficiary multiple times. Just a multitude of errors. I would love to post a copy of the note left for me but that would make things more public that should be for me only.
