I regret that Zero Stars is not an option. I initially responded to a retirement program advertisement via Facebook and a rep from Bankers Life /Colorado contacted me with a follow-up phone call to set an appointment. We set the date and time up for a week in advance and agreed to meet at Starbucks today at 11:30 am. (The initial request had been to meet in my home, which I declined.) This was the worst place I have ever worked for
I’ve been working at Bankers Life Denver North since 2019. The company, the management team took time to invest in my growth, and help me develop my career. There is no glass ceiling, work hard, play harder. Our Branch Manager Jake takes excellent care of his people. Constantly showering us with encouragement, and support. Setting us up to earn great rewards and prizes for just doing our job. The work culture is more family than coworkers. Best career move I’ve ever made, and I’m happy to call Bankers Life home.
