I regret that Zero Stars is not an option. I initially responded to a retirement program advertisement via Facebook and a rep from Bankers Life /Colorado contacted me with a follow-up phone call to set an appointment. We set the date and time up for a week in advance and agreed to meet at Starbucks today at 11:30 am. (The initial request had been to meet in my home, which I declined.)
