It’s truly disgraceful that a professional company chooses to employ someone like Diana Bernal. Her conduct is completely unacceptable and reflects a shocking lack of professionalism, respect, and basic decency. Getting involved in other people’s relationships is inappropriate and speaks volumes about her judgment. It’s embarrassing for any company to have someone like this representing its team

I would give them a zero star if I could !! The absolute worst insurance company I’ve ever worked with. Can never get a A person to call me back or to connect with somebody on the phone about a Policy for my mother which needs to be canceled months ago no one will respond and it’s draining her Account of Hundreds of dollars. Zero customer service do not use this company.
Tried to cancel, they don't answer their phones or provide other method of contact.
They are 100% commission-based pay. Conned me into an 'interview' by withholding this information. Gross!
