My mother missed a payment while in the hospital her last few months and denied her policy and closed her account on me. Even though her policy contained a featured that would borrow against her policies cash value, to keep up with her payments!! I think they get paid to deny you in some kind of loopholes! 0 stars!! PROOF! Although this is a letter from a few years back when she was in the hospital a prior time.
My great experience with Banker's Life is due to dealing with Sandra Rabideau (Sam), of the Wausau, WI office. I found in Wisconsin's unclaimed property where a check issued to my deceased mother was returned to the company back in 2011. Sam has tried to get this refunded to me since mid-June. Despite some pretty lackadaisical accounting people, Sam never gave up and I received a check this week. Not only was Sam always cheerful and pleasant, she was tenacious! Thank you, Sam!! You were great!
