My wife and I had a great experience with Bankers Guarantee Title & Trust. Our loan officer, Matt Kolar was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Bankers again and recommend them to anyone looking to to finance their own home.
I wish we had read these reviews prior to taking out our mortgage. We’ve also experienced poor customer service. When you call with questions, they interrupt before you can even finish explaining your question. You’re left to feel like an inconvenience instead of the reason they have a business! Not recommended by this family!
