If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful, no good, unprofessional, unethical appraiser. No idea what he's doing. Appraisal made no sense whatsoever. He needs to find another job, because he clearly is incompetent.
I’m would advise you to stay away from this place as it seems I could not have the appraiser here on Saturday as a NEW lifetime roof was being put on and wanted to come Sunday but I knew my husband would not be in the mood as he worked all week so we decided on Monday the 6th of November. He was here no more than 10 mins. and I went over the new roof, siding, new kitchen and a 1,000 dollar ceiling and new deck which has $1,200 in pressure treated wood without labor and extended shed all done since we moved in March 2015 and ... read more
