I was well cared for by everyone!
She is professional and thorough. I recently changed insurance and was pleased that she was an in network provider because I really didn’t want to switch. There have been a lot of doctor’s leaving this office but she has been the consistent long term care giver.
Bliunt but to the point . I like her , very up front and truthful.
Horrible! As a three time cancer survivor I went to her for an annual physical that had quite a bit of paperwork involved. I brought her the paperwork she completed last time. I have ZERO ongoing medical conditions (cancer being treated by oncologist). She was rude, didn’t want to do any annual bloodwork, which hadn’t been done since 2021. My health was a complete inconvenience for her. I actually left the doctors in tears. I will NEVER see her again.
My doctor recently left the practice and I was passed onto Gretchen Banker. The first experience with her should have been the last one. Unfortunately I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Her professionalism lacked compassion completely. I see the Dr 3 times a month to have prescription refilled. She choose to let me go without refilling my prescribe almost two months because I had not met her, but I had been a patient of this practice for over 10 years.
