I can’t recommend Don and Banker Automotive enough. Vehicle trouble is stressful, but he made the entire experience so much easier. He was kind, respectful, honest, and took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel pressured. Don Banker of Banker Automotive in South Austin, TX has got to be one of the most forthright and honest mechanics I've ever dealt with. I appreciate the way he broke things down for me so that as a not-really-a-car-kinda-guy, even I could understand. He didn't even charge me for his time to diagnose my vehicle. I will be back and I will be telling everyone who will listen that Don is the most KNOWLEDGEABLE & TRUSTWORTHY mechanic in Austin!
I've known Banker Automotive for about 30yrs. Had a recent problem and luckily I was close to his shop, I live close to BCS. He said call the tow company they use took it to his shop and had the problem fixed without burning my car!(joking) Its a screwed up car but they knocked it out in a few days! I always try and steer people his way! Thanks guys for all you do!
