We use BankCard USA at a non profit where I volunteer and we were having issues with the credit card machine. I did not have much information on the machine except the contact of John Curiale. I explained him the situation and he was prompt at pointing to the right people to resolve issues. He went over and beyond and personally looked into my situation and hand delivered the faulty hardware within a few hours. This is excellent customer service and they really deserve a five star rating.
They don't know how to read a simple email request, even though you put the main point in red font. They will waste your time. Guarantee it.
We have been working with them for a while, we absolutely love this company.
