Scammers. Charged me for a payments "free" Clover go subscription. My contract signed with my bank says I pay 0 other than transaction fees. I had no transactions last year with my Clover go. After many calls to Bank card and First Data merchant services nothing was done. My own bank has blocked you and refunded my money as it's fraud. Plus wanted me to pay for you guys breaking my contact with you guys. Then you guys have the balls to then put the fraudulent charge on debt collection. ABSOLUTELY the worst company to deal with. If there was a 0 star, I would’ve chose it. No one speaks clear English. You are always given a case number every time you have an issue and it takes you hours to get it resolved. We canceled our service which took about three days, returned the equipment, and two months later got charged for that equipment, even though there was verification of delivery. Absolutely deplorable customer service. We were a customer of this company for 10+ years and had our account closed without any warning. Furthermore, after sending 5 emails to our contact, we were completely ghosted as she failed to reply to ANY of our numerous emails simply asking for an update, or when we could even expect an update. Completely lacking in even a shred of professional courtesy. Finally, we had to call customer service to get an update to find out that our account had been closed.
