I’ve been trying for three weeks to book an appointment but i wait on hold for up to an hour then get sent to voicemail which is full so I can’t leave anything AND the website doesn’t work to book appointments. No human beings care to speak to people anymore, I shall go to another clinic with communication. Also was “caller number one” the whole time. It takes a lot for me to complain about a place but idk how they have a business
Called for an ultrasound and waited on the phone for over an hour despite being told I was first in line. If I called the bank during peak hours it wouldn't have been this long. Not sure what the receptionists are up to at this clinic. Decided to book elsewhere

Called three different times for appointment but tired and nonprofessional reception staff didn't pickup, who want to go such a stupid place ,If this a initial impression.
Never pick up phone and time change for wait times on hold. After 30 minutes they hang up .Website doesnt work.Covid freaks there. My advise avoid them.
