I can't thank the wonderful staff at Greenboro West enough! They went above and beyond to help my poor boy feel better when he was the sickest he's ever been in his life. I don't know what I would have done without them. Every single staff member here is so amazing, kind & compassionate. I trust them all 1000% with all 4 of my cats. Used to love this vet, our dogs have both gone to them since they were puppies, but lately it's impossible to get an appointment. Our dog had a UTI and was peeing blood and they couldn't see him for 2 weeks, so we had to go to the emergency vet. No followup either to see how he was. Then I tried booking his annual checkup for the beginning of October and was told they're booked solid until the 14th of October. Its August 18?! Yet theyre accepting new patients? My cat Luna got sick and started throwing up constantly, Greenboro veterinary was wonderful throughout the whole process of getting her the care she needed. They really eased my anxiety over the whole thing and I knew we were in good hands. I want to give a special thank you to Damien who moved around other appointments to get us in as soon as possible.

All smiles after an amazing visit today! The staff were incredibly patient and knew exactly how to handle our high-energy, exuberant pup. Dr. Spina was caring, knowledgeable and efficient. Zero upselling which I really appreciated. We’ve just found our new vet!
