Friendly staff
The customer service I've seen at this branch is consistently superior to some other banks I used to work with. I've been working with this Branch for a long time and they have always treated me right. Everyone is super friendly, not just to me but every customer I've seen when they come in the branch. I'm still one of those people that goes inside the branch to perform transactions, and they treat everyone with respect. If you're looking for a new bank, Bank RI should be high on your list of choices.
Very helpful kind super friendly and extremely clean w covid protections. Always helpful when they notice fraud before you do. They send text msgs too if your using card somewhere and they are not sure it's you. If you text back yes for it was me u can then use the card. Love them for catching this stuff. Also if your having a hard time a co they will step up to help you. Tyvm to all the ppl who work here.
