Be careful when banking with this bank. They will over charge you with no courtesy break. I had a loan with them at a high intrest, got a loan with my credit union at a lower rate to pay it off. I called Bank OZK to get the total balance and make sure there were no misunderstanding of the amount I owed, the lady there gave me the total amount due while I was at my bank.
