The employee at OZK Bank who created my account made a careless mistake by entering the wrong email address. Their broken website will not allow me to update it, so I can’t set up automatic payments online. I’ve wasted hours trying to get this fixed, being directed to multiple people and having to re-explain the issue each time. Weeks later, there is still no resolution. Be careful when banking with this bank. They will over charge you with no courtesy break. I had a loan with them at a high intrest, got a loan with my credit union at a lower rate to pay it off. I called Bank OZK to get the total balance and make sure there were no misunderstanding of the amount I owed, the lady there gave me the total amount due while I was at my bank. The manager there wrote a cashier's check and told her he would mail it via fedex so they could get it the next day. Four days later I received a phone call ... read more
