Don’t know if they have decent customer service because we absolutely could NOT get anyone to pick up the phone to answer a simple question. We called 7 times over a 2 day period: during business hours, after hours, the main number, the website phone number and call center. NO ONE could get through to a human.

Love the friendly faces at Bank Ozk! I use the drive thru weekly and never have issues with it or the ATM!
I like banking there but they are very slow if you need to go in there for anything.
