At a time when both my husband I were in a panic over a recent Identy theft, Lisa was a steady and calming reassurance for us. She checked all accounts and advised us on next steps to take. A future appointment was made for us and Lesa continued with much needed banking advice. Lesa's professionalism and personal care of our needs was outstanding.
