Clean and safe, customer service was excellent
The customer service is always great . From the branch manager Latoya all the way down to the agents . They always go above and beyond to help me everytime no change and that’s what customer service is about , the best bank ever !
Roslynn Royster provided amazing service and was extremely helpful with financial matters I needed assistance with. Everyone at the Decatur location was very friendly and made me feel welcome from when I first walked through their doors. I highly recommend this BankOZK location for your banking needs.
