Could not be happier. I came in 30 mins to close but Latoya was able to open a new account for me and make a sizable deposit, no problem! She even provided a debit card with my name on it right then and there. If this is an indication of what it’s like working with Bank OZK, then I’m really happy I’m banking with them!
Their awesome !They listen they take their time with everyone and they treat you like family!Been with them since 2018!Won't go anywhere else PERIOD!
The staff at Bank OZK is so very very helpful. They are concerned and I love the staffs generosity so much that I opened 3 accounts with Bank Ozk. Please do not change this staff of Roslyn Nicole and Latoya if y'all do I'm switching Banks.

The customer service is always great . From the branch manager Latoya all the way down to the agents . They always go above and beyond to help me everytime no change and that’s what customer service is about , the best bank ever !
