I got a checking account at the bank ozk on Cleveland avenue clean, courtesy, trustworthy, very nice pleasant experience.
No envelopes in the night deposit! This is very inconvenient. I had to provide my own, and it's always scary that they'll dismiss it because it's not their envelope.
I give this branch a 5 Star. First, the staff is exceptional, customer service is the best I have seen or used from any bank. The challenges facing businesses today are complex and running your own business requires due diligence and the staff here has stepped up every time and helped me through it. They are top notch people, so I recommend all my family and friends to open an account with this branch and tell them Chris sent you… thank you so much.
Just go to a different location. The customer service here is disappointing to say the least.
