If they tell you Nelson will call you might as well forget it he never will. This has happened on numerous occasions poor excuse for a manager and has no regard for the customers.
Every time I go into the bank, it’s new employees with new problems. I’ve had my business account here for several years and run more than enough money through this bank. Yet every time I bring in a check, they wanna put a 10 day hold on it. Makes it very difficult to make payroll and pay suppliers when they wanna hold your money. Never had a delinquent check in my life. No one at this local bank can make any decisions. Tried to call corporate and they just refer you back to the local bank.
