Bank of OZK in Shelby is amazing. I have been a lifelong Wachovia and then Wells Fargo customer. However, in dealing with my father's estate, Wells Fargo has completely missed the mark on customer service. OZK bankers, however, have been amazing! I have dealt with Amanda and today with Aron. They are both available, friendly, quick with help and very customer service oriented. Yay OZK! Boo Wells Fargo!

Absolutely love this Bank. I come here on a dailybasis to make deposits for our business. Denise is the best super helpful and just the sweetest soul. I go through the drive-through, and the staff are always super fast, quick, and kind. Best service from any bank in Shelby! Keep up the hard work!
Everyone at this branch is super friendly and helpful, but Tiffany is definitely the fastest at that branch, hands-down!
