I traveled for over an hour from SCarolina since there is no Bank OZK. I ask Susan if I can use washroom and she said they don't ofer public restroom. So you give them a lot of money to make money and they don't care about you as a customer.Shame!

Bank of OZK in Shelby is amazing. I have been a lifelong Wachovia and then Wells Fargo customer. However, in dealing with my father's estate, Wells Fargo has completely missed the mark on customer service. OZK bankers, however, have been amazing! I have dealt with Amanda and today with Aron. They are both available, friendly, quick with help and very customer service oriented. Yay OZK! Boo Wells Fargo!
