I was trying to move money from another state and could not manage it in so many ways. liz at OZK was my salvation. could not do it without her help. even though I'm sure it was lunch time. she spent a good hour helping me.
I just wanted say that the tellers@ Bank Ozk on E Dixon Blvd are the best, they have great customer service skills and always willing to help Ciara, Cynthia, Donna, Liz , and Linda the manager always speak and recognize you are there, we need more like them in the customer service
I use this OZK location every day. All the staff are very personable, friendly and willing to help. I see Donna a lot as well as Liz, Cynthia and Linda. They are a great team!
