The Bank OZK team are a great group of people. Great customer service from Cheyenne every time. I met Kera the new branch manager. She was very helpful and I am glad she is at the branch now.

This is the most immoral and criminal bank in the World (not only in the US). Every interaction with this bank is the worst experience ever. For example: no Bank OZK ATMs accept deposits, and Bank OZK ATMs that supposedly accept deposits simply steal debit cards from clients of this bank.
