As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. From the teller, Kayla the relationship specialist and the lady who flashed me a smile from the drive thru window I knew I was going to receive great customer service - and that's exactly what happened! I was heard, asked questions about my savings goals and accommodated with exactly what I needed and more. I usually slide into the drive thru from time to time but I felt so welcomed I think I'm going start going in for my needs and to say hello. Thanks BOZ (Maumelle)
