This bank has the sweetest workers ever. Kalie G. assists me most of the time & she makes me feel so welcome, especially by knowing my name now. She has Amazing customer service, and always solves any problems I have.
My wife is a U.S. citizen, and I have legal status through my job. We did our research on what was needed to open a joint bank account and went to the bank a couple of times to get it done. When I call a local branch, I expect to speak to someone at a local branch. Bank OZK now routes everything a call center, and wait times are typically around 10 minutes or longer. When I was finally connected to a call center rep, she said I would need to speak to the local branch. No shit, that's the number I called. Absolutely ridiculous. To anyone considering opening an account here, I suggest you go to Arvest instead, which is where I'll be going when I close my account here.
If I call a bank that is literally down the street from my work I expect to get a someone at that bank to answer my question. Instead I am routed to a call center and put on hold for longer than I could drive down the street and go in and ask!
