Got here at 8:50am waited till 9:15 branch never opened! But come 1 minute to 5pm they're closed!
Wow the difference between "night and day" I cannot believe how on the ball and fantastic the team at BankOZK has been so far at Coral Gables. Friendly personal Service, professional and convenient locations all over
YIKES! I used to have a positive review of this bank until today. Tried to charge me $45 to cash a payroll check issued to me from their bank. Was free before, but changed with zero notice. It's their prerogative I'm sure, but also not a good look. They just became bank of America.
Rita Arrellano excellent service and dedication, can't said the same for the branch manager was rude, I said hello she said she needs to concentrate about 5 minutes later a man came in, they starting talking not about banking, not in her office either all about illness, parasites, infections, germs etc not discrete, were so, extremely loud if they would have used an amplifier would have been quieter I almost got up and leave but Rita Arrellano didn't deserve it, by the way I was opening my second C.D. if by the renewal time ... read more
