RecommendedTruly a partner for small and medium sized local business, in a world that is a bit too automated to provide a genuine banking relationship. Bank OZK looks to support for the long term vs just a transaction.
I believe in providing excellent customer service in any position a person works in. Unfortunately asking for the minimum is an obligation to this bank in particular. The saddest part is that in this case you are dealing with an important item, your customers money. They fail to be open on time, process transactions with mistakes multiple times and are very loose with personal conversations that are not appropriate for customers to witness. I hope that my next visit is much better than my past experiences.
