One of the worst experiences I have had with any car shop. I needed brake pad work done and the mechanic, with just a visual inspection, assessed that brake pads are worn out but rotors are in good shape. Also, right away he gave me a cash price option and said that they would have it ready in a few hours. When they called me back, I was told that rear calipers were rusted and broke (!) during the work and that I would have to buy new ones for them to install the next day.
