This is “sound credit Union” not Bank of Washington. It has been Sound Credit Union for a couple of years and I have had multiple problems with the ATM; calling the 800-number to get help just takes an hour and a half out of my day and gets me nowhere with confused underpaid representatives over simple questions. Please fix your ATM that runs water into the check deposit too, I have only written 3 letters to your management about it over the years already ...... please
