Mostly good experience. As far as I can tell I cannot contact the Covington branch directly. This is not what I call customer service. July 13 tried to call. The answer I got was my call was inportant you are caller #2, then it went to caller #3, then I was caller # 4. Why are calls going in this direction? Never got an answer. Please give me a number direct to my bank.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
