I went to this branch to deposit a check for immediate access to funds. They told me funds are never available until after midnight. Well I can do it on their app. I did it yesterday, and just did it again right now. They acted clueless to what I was talking about when I mentioned that I'm able to do that online. Then I proceeded to ask about my BMO credit card (says the the name very clearly on the card).
