Very inconvenient, basically wait or hold on everything.
The worst bank in the world. This people don't know how to investigate fraud, they spread gossip and lies about their customers just because a customer decides to close an account due to their lies and inability to resolve a fraud problem. They fake to be nice.
I had very pleasant experience in this branch than the one in Beverly hills.
Helpful friendly staff. Yes, they validate parking. Park on the 5th floor for easy access.
Worse bank ever all my transactions are suspicious blocking my card too many embarrassing moments trying to use my card and customer service don't do their job I have to call back too many times I have a hard time understanding customer service reps I am losing my patience here 😡
