Atm is forever being repaired
On the BMO app I have a transaction that was made May 30. I called customer service June 1 speaking to Thea who barely spoke English could not find a transaction that was in my notifications saying a transaction was made. I asked her to speak to somebody else that could help me better than she was. I ended up hanging up and calling back and the next representative help me out and said they would email the debit department about the transaction. I was scammed by an online company for $24.99. I reported it to the bank and did all of the additional paperwork requested. BMO originally refunded me but then reversed it. Really frustrating.
This is the worst bank I have ever seen. I am not from the United States, and I was completely dependent on access to the bank’s mobile app. However, I constantly had problems logging in. After I returned to my home country, I completely lost access to the app again. I cannot withdraw my money, and I am also unable to receive any incoming funds.
