You have to jump through hoops to make a payment and they just implemented a $9.50 fee to make a payment over the phone.

If you take a check here from an account holder at this bank they charge you $10 to cash the check from THEIR bank. No other bank does this. I had to wait over 30 minutes for them to cash the check, and the staff is very rude, no one wants to be here or do their job. This is just part of the reason this place has 1.8 stars on google.
