This bank is useless! A complete joke!!! I wanted to bring a check in to cash and was told that I could not be helped. I was told that they were understaffed and that they didn't even have management. No management??!!! No workers?? They are not in any position to offer basic help. What in the world is going on??? Unfortunately you will find this with most banks out there these days!
This was my first visit to this branch. There were no line, the teller was fast and friendly. It took 5 min to make a deposit of my check. I will be back.
I deposited a check recently at the beginning of the month they froze my account they had to verify the check the check cleared and my account still frozen. I am going to report them to the three big places that needs to hear about this because it’s unacceptable and if they do not release my funds, my next step will be a lawsuit against them. There’s no reason for my account to still be frozen after the check was verified and cleared.
Very dissatisfied with this bank. I had a CD mature, so I went into the bank on a Saturday to get my cashiers check. When there, I was told that they would not be able to provide it to me. The only option they presented me was to open a new checking account, and withdrawal my money from that. So now, I have to keep $25 in a checking account I don’t even want because they wouldn’t let me properly close my CD. On top of all of this, the gentleman who helped me was extremely rude. Have a loan here I am attempting to pay off and I have set up transfers multiple times, all canceled at the last minute (day of funds transfer) on BMO's side due to restrictions and limits. Scam. I should be able to pay off my loan in a timely fashion. Won't be using them again.
