Excellent customer service — I was treated with professionalism and care. I recommend Darren and his team.
The tellers here are not very bright
All customer service is based in India (can’t speak or understand English) and is not 24/7. This bank gives you an experience less than what you would receive at another “big” bank. BMO is objectively cheap.
