The tellers here are not very bright
All customer service is based in India (can’t speak or understand English) and is not 24/7. This bank gives you an experience less than what you would receive at another “big” bank. BMO is objectively cheap.
Darren ding and Scott are very helpful
Worst customer service ever. That girl in the front desk is refocuses and the chines guys seems compromised. The bank next door has an amazing staff. Ps. God sees everything.
