Worst customer service ever. My card was turned off and they offer no way to reactivate said card outside of normal working hours. All roads i took to re activate my card turned me to customer service, but when called over and over it simply stated in a robotic voice that all agents are offline and to call back between the hours of operation. Everyone is very kind and helpful. Im not sure if they are severely understaffed but it is consistently a 15+ minute wait at the drive through and today none of the drive through (except ATM) were open 30min past when they should've been.
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Stacy, a Relationship Manager at this branch. My experience was marked by a complete lack of professionalism and a dismissive attitude. More disturbingly, I felt targeted by behavior that felt discriminatory based on my race. A relationship manager should facilitate trust and support, but Stacy did the exact opposite. No wonder this branch has 1star earlier from someone else. since I had a deeply distressing experience with Stacy some RM, at this branch. Her behavior was unprofessional and dismissive toward us. Rather than offering the support and service expected from someone in her role, she made me feel unwelcome and marginalized. I have lost confidence in this bank and will be transferring my accounts elsewhere.
I've had a great time working with Kyle in branch. He's helped to set me up with accounts and fund them from my existing accounts in Canada. Thank you Kyle and team for all your help so far!
