Well i just came back from this location to demand my $400 bonus they owe. I met their direct deposit requirement but never got the bonus. the account was close without my consent and no notification was sent. The guy said account was closed because of inactivity. None of that was disclosed to customers at account opening. The guy said he would call me today after his review but said i wont likely be able to get my bonus. I already what will happen today. Will downgrade to 1 star if all fall through.
1.9 is much too high for this bank. Bank of the West is simply a trade name of the larger BMO bank. It treats its business customers poorly. There are many truly local or regional banks that will meet your needs much better.
This whole bmo crossover thing concerns me. 1: why? 2: will there be a physical bank near me? Eh might be better off switching to a different bank
Bank of the west sent me a promo offer for a card, after signing up they somehow sent me the wrong card, all attempts to correct this have failed, even after speaking to multiple supervisors. DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK!
This is a great bank. I like the service , people ,and the location. I trust them. Also, in reviewing some of the other reviews they look like fake negative reviews. Real accounts usually have pictures on their profile and there is literally only 2 of us that has pics. Most likely 1 disgruntled customer or the competitors.
