If I could give this branch 0 stars, I would. Carmen, the teller, was hands down the worst I've ever dealt with. I went in for a simple check cashing transaction, and she flat-out refused to do it, saying, "We only deposit checks." This is absolutely ridiculous for a bank—what kind of bank refuses to cash checks? Instead of providing any reasonable explanation or assistance, she was dismissive and unhelpful. I had to call corporate just to get them to process a basic transaction that any competent bank would have handled on ... read more
Terrible customer service. Went in on a Friday at 2:00pm and a lady came out of the back room and told me all the tellers are on lunch for 45 more minutes. I was already waiting there for a while wondering where everyone was. That is ridiculous. There should have been a sign up at least. Come on BMO
Would like to say thank you to Carmen Martinez as she was very nice when we went to see her. Also she is very knowledgeable as to how to process customers requests and needs unlike the Vacaville branch as it took them 3 months to finally tell us that none of their employees had the computer training to rent a box, shocked they started process but that was it gave keys but we were never logged in as to have rented anything! Thank God for Carmen Martinez for having the proper knowledge of how things work she took care of us in... read more
