If I could give this branch 0 stars, I would. Carmen, the teller, was hands down the worst I've ever dealt with. I went in for a simple check cashing transaction, and she flat-out refused to do it, saying, "We only deposit checks." This is absolutely ridiculous for a bank—what kind of bank refuses to cash checks? Instead of providing any reasonable explanation or assistance, she was dismissive and unhelpful.
