DO NOT BANK HERE! The manager of this bank....Audrey F. is an absolute joke. The rudest, most condescending, joke of a human i have ever met. An absolute un-professional human stain.
Closed my account with no notice. Did not tell me that a judgment had been levy'd against me. Froze all my funds without any sort of explanation. When I went in and explained that I didnt know what was going on with my money they told me they would figure it out and call me back and I never even got a call back. I had to find out through calling the BOW support line multiple times before someone told me what was going on. Still havent received any explanation from this branch!
I've been to many branches, I definitely do not recommend this one.
