The worst bank , the customers service are They rude they never answer their phone they took may money and when I make payment on my credit card, on time they still charge me late fee im get out .
I would rather set my money on fire than ever use this bank. They have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced to work with. I have attempted to ask them to assist me with a couple things regarding my loan and they appear to be clueless. I called and they don’t seem to understand what I’m asking. It’s an absolute train wreck at a nightmare. If anybody tries to set you up with a loan from there, decline decline decline. Horrible customer service. Avoid this bank.
I think your a fraudulent company, asking a person to pay off a 12 thousand dollar loan , when you bought it from another loan company and then when a person calls to talk to someone to explain why and what recovery fees are and your just rude and won't let us speak to a supv, you show your true professionalism, a lawyer is in the process of taking care of this issue as you feel you don't need to bother with customer service, shows your poor quality and lack of care, and professionalism, you would get no star from me, and yo... read more
