I think your a fraudulent company, asking a person to pay off a 12 thousand dollar loan , when you bought it from another loan company and then when a person calls to talk to someone to explain why and what recovery fees are and your just rude and won't let us speak to a supv, you show your true professionalism, a lawyer is in the process of taking care of this issue as you feel you don't need to bother with customer service, shows your poor quality and lack of care, and professionalism, you would get no star from me, and yo... read more
