Made me wait 40 minutes to cash a check that was only a few thousand dollars and then said they didn’t have enough cash on hand after wasting my time. What a joke.
Do not even go here - no customer service after BMO took over. You have to call toll free number and wait 20 minutes and then a real person might help you. Go elsewhere!
Happy, friendly staff that actually want to help their customers in their time of need. Always clean and a teller waiting for you either walk in or drive thru! Thank you Rabia!
Worst of the four Banks I have by far they don't never have any staff their hours are trash
I got a checking account and then was able to use my money for other things after using the money to open the account. But since I had friends sending money for Bitcoin they closed my account cause they thought it seemed suspicious but even after they held the money for a while they didn't find anything wrong and gave me my money but closed the account ! And I actually like the bank.
