I can’t say enough good things about Bjarne and Elizabeth at the Brookhurst Street branch. From the very first moment I walked in, Bjarne greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile and made me feel my best banking experience. Refused to draft a simple cashier’s check because it was near closing time.
We have been banking with them for over 3 years now. Danh the manager and all the staff have been so wonderful. We have numerous business and personal accounts. I did a lot of research on other banks before we picked their bank from transfering from Chase. The services and fees are the best I found. I am surprised on the negative reviews, as we have done extensive banking with them and has always been a positive experience.
