Excellent service and better than Chase because you can get a new debit card on the spot
This branch refused to open a checking account even if I have a valid passport, a valid srudent ID, official proof of address on bank statements and car titles. When we asked to review the BMO company policy strictly requiring a lease agreement or utility bill, the manager himself said they were not required to show us anything. As soon as we walked in the manager looked at us with such disdain I could tell right away he just didnt like me. So if the manager doesnt like you, no account open.
